Hi, I’m Brett! With over a decade of experience in fitness and a true passion for helping people transform, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding others toward a healthier, more balanced life. My approach goes beyond just physical fitness—it's about nurturing both the body and mind. I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself, inside and out, through personalized training, nutrition, and holistic wellness practices.


Holding certifications from esteemed institutions like CanfitPro and the CHEK Institute, I bring a diverse skill set to the table. My credentials include certifications as a Personal Training Specialist, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Scientific Back Trainer, Scientific Core Conditioning Specialist, and an Integrated Movement Science Level 1 Expert. I’ve also delved into biomechanics through Pinnacle Performance and honed my intuitive and meditative skills with the SoulStrong Institute as a Clinical Hypnotherapist (CHt) and IFT Intuitive Focused Therapist.


My specialty lies in functional training methods that seamlessly integrate into your daily life, whether it’s boosting your performance at work, enhancing your hobbies, or simply making day-to-day tasks easier and more enjoyable. My personal fitness journey has been nothing short of transformative. Growing up in a household with an obese mother and a bipolar brother, I faced challenges that shaped my path. My mom, despite her struggles with weight, created the first-ever time-lapsed exercise video, showing her 100-pound weight loss through the very exercises she was teaching. Watching her dedication inspired me to take control of my own health and shed 50 pounds of fat while gaining 25 pounds of muscle. This journey gave me firsthand insight into the physical and mental dedication required to make lasting change.


On a deeper level, my brother’s struggles with bipolar disorder and addiction left a profound impact on me. Tragically, he eventually took his own life, and his story is one of the reasons I’m so passionate about supporting mental and emotional wellness in others. Through my work, I strive to help people not only transform their bodies but also address their emotional and psychological well-being. Helping others find balance, healing, and strength—physically and mentally—has become my life's mission.
